This Saturday, March 6th, Farm Sanctuary and Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary are throwing a concert in New York City!  The concert is called "Rock it Out: A Night to Benefit New York's Farm Animal Sanctuaries", and it sounds really great!  Tickets are only $10 in advance ($15 at the door) and all of the money goes towards these two animal sanctuaries.

Besides great music, there's gonna be wine, refreshments, and a raffle!

GUUUUH, I need to be in NYC and I'm not!  So wish I could be there, hang out, see you, see your show, see Lyndsey and Myra - what a heaven it'd be! :D

Thanks for letting us know about this event! A friend and I are headed to the concert tonight! I'm so excited!!!
curious how to access the recipes? i am interested in making a lasagna but im not sure how to substitute the ricotta? do i just do equal amounts using tofu? and if so what consistency? like firm or extra firm? soft - i am at a loss but do not want to waste!
