Today I made the cheesecake recipe out of TKD book. Not so good looking as the one in the book, but, I'll work on it. Happy Rosh Hashana!

Alternative Bakery cookies. All kinds even wheat free varities as well. My stomach still healing and do not do much wheat.  Big and yummy I give to all my friends even non-vegan.

I order on line to get variety they ship in 2 days.  Fresh and Natural foods carries them as well.

compressed dates- cooked in a pot till soft, add lots of cacao powder and some nuts, when a little stiffer roll in shredded coconut mmmmm......\

I also love to freeze bananas and then put in the processor with cacao powder andrice milk, you can also add some cacao nibs for crunch- yummy milk shake

Karen-  I have used almond butter and peanut butter... I used raw almond butter and earth balance's almond butter.  I also got a vegan 'white chocolate peanut butter' which is decadent!
