If any of you have ever eaten at Seed in Venice, then you know just how good it is.  Their seitan is killer!  Seed is owned by Chef Eric Lechasseur and his wife Sanae Suzuki, who have written some really yummie cookbooks. I love the pictures in the dessert one! 


I'm really excited because Sanae is offering some cooking demos and book signings in Los Angeles at the following locations:

Saturday, February 13

Yes, absolutely! Holy crap, I'm so excited for this... I could go to any, but probably one of the first two because I'm really freaking impatient and want this book really badly... =)
man,... When I lived in CA, I never took advantage of all of these great spots. And now, I have grown up, my views and wisdom have matured, and I live in Vermont, where there is nothing. Frustrating. COME TO THE EAST COAST!!!
I love that even desserts can be macrobiotic!
There are vegans here in NC and would love to have someone visit here for a booksign or cooking demo.  I will be looking for the cookbooks, Thanks Alicia!
