I chose the Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics line as my daily probiotic after much research. It seems to have the best combination of different probiotic strains and it's 100% vegan-- no sources of the probiotics are derived from bovine sources. Yay!

I'm happy to hear about this essential oil product and hope to give it a try very soon! Someone was recently lecturing me about how I really need fish oil supplements. Now I can say that I'm covered!

I know that this is a Sponsored Post and that you, Alicia may not personally use Dr. Ohhira's products, but I can tell you all that I do! I LOVE them! I use the soap for my face and body, I take the probiotics, and I was JUST going to place my order for the Essential Living Oils. They have a lotion that is great but I have to stop using it as it uses an animal ingredient. However, I called the company and they told me that they are going to be making a version of the lotion that is vegan. This company is GREAT.
