A lot of people have been sending me messages and asking me about new skin products and such.  So I've compiled a HUGE list of the products that I've been using or trying.  If you have any products, reviews, etc. that you want to add feel free to post them in the comments below. I want to hear what great vegan, organic or natural products you are using and loving!

Since my list is so enormous, I decided to break it up a bit.  These are all of my favorite facial cleansers.  Let me know what your favorites are!

CLEANSERS

All in all, I haven’t found many cleansers that I'm passionate about.  I like these ones below that I've tried.  They are all very nice and good and some of my favorites so far.  But if you have any gel cleansers you swear by (all natural, no animal ingredients, ideally organic) and ones that smell yummy, please tell me! These are in order of how much i like them roughly:

-Stella McCartney Purifying Foaming Cleanser : I like how this works. You pump and get foam and it's clean and easy.  Smells good too.  I’m pretty passionate about this one.

-Good For You Girls Blemish Wash: This is nice because it has a gentle exfoliant in it

-Good For You Girls Gel Cleanser: This is a nice product too

-Terralina Gentle Facial Cleanser:  This is nice

-Kiss My Face Exfoiliating Face Wash: Nice and not expensive

-Jurlique Gel Cleanser: Nice

-Jeune d' age Organics: This one is nice but creamy, and I tend not to be a cream cleanser girl... but liked the smell and feel a lot

FACE SCRUB

-Tammy Fender Epi Peel Formula # e 517: I love this and use it a couple times a week. I am very, very passionate about this product.

-Jurlique Daily Exfoliating Cream (Daily Scrub): I like this a lot.

-Gabriel Cosmetics Red Seaweed Gentle Exfoliator:  I like this one. It’s very gentle, and doesn’t really feel like a scrub.  It smells nice too

-Dosha Exfoliant: This works well, and smells ok.

TONER

-Pevonia Hydrating Lotion: Love! Smells great!

-Jurlique Chamomile Soothing Mist: This smells so good AND feels so good!

-Good For You Girls Refreshing Toner: Nice

-Burt's Bees Wild Lettuce Toner: I used to love this one, haven't used it in a while. And yes, I know that Burt’s Bees does have some non-vegan products, but this one is vegan and is really good!!

-Jeune d’ age Organics Marin Toner Pads – These smell and feel nice, however I’m not sure about the need for a pad, since it's kind of a waste of paper, but it feels good. I tend to go for a spray

-Kiss My Face Balancing Act - I used to like this one too, but haven't used it in a while

-Annemarie Borlind ZZ Sensitive Facial Toner

And stay tuned, cause I'll be posting a blog all about face creams next.

As a facial cleanser I use Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean Face Wash with Tea Tree Oil & Awapuhi ~ it's organic and vegan.  I love the way it makes my feel feel with the tea tree oil and it helps prevent breakouts.  Yes, I still get hormonal breakouts in my mid-40's.

I also make my own facial scrub with raw oatmeal, poppy seeds and honey.  I know that honey isn't vegan, but it has great moisturizing properties and I need to eat local honey for seasonal allergies.

I make my own toner, equal parts apple cider vinegar and green tea (make a cup of green tea and let it cool), put them in a spray bottle and there ya go!  Its great.

I can't believe you didn't include Duchess Marden's foaming face wash!?

Love that one.

Earth Science has a whole line of cleansers, toners, moisterizers, etc...and are very reasonably priced (and vegan!)

I am having the WORST trouble with my skin!  I've never had problems before, but I assume it's because my body is changing as I approach 30.  ???  Finding a good cleanser seems to be my biggest obstacle.  The Stella McCartney Purifying Foaming Cleanser sounds perfect, but I can't find it anywhere!  Is there any specific department store or online carrier?  Help!!

Just made a post about finding a cleanser that helps treat acne and is natural and veg. Doesn't anyone know if cetaphil works and is natural? Any easy to find and affordable recommedations?

Michelle: I know it works but I do not know if it is natural. I use the cetaphil anti-bacterial bar and it has done wonders. Very gentle even on my extremely sensitive skin. I stopped using any other product on my face but this, even moisturizer. It took a while for my skin to heal itself and get use to hydrating without help but now it is all good :)

Thanks for the tip on the toner Madison, just made a batch and tried it.
