As you can see from other commenters, we pride ourselves in the personal customer service we offer our customers. From our records, we neglected to respond promptly to an email you sent us within a long thread of communication. Unfortunately one of our customer service representatives switched their email address and your email went unnoticed during that transition. We apologized and responded that your request to return a product had surpassed our 30 day return policy (even before our lapse in response).
I too am plagued with extremely sensitive skin, and SIRCUIT has been the only brand my skin has responded well to. Because our formulas are made with chirally correct ingredients, it is PERFECT for people with sensitive skin. I am loving the scrub! It smells like candy and feels good!

I received a sample of Molecular Mist through birchbox.com and absolutely adored it! One day I was being particularly liberal with the application of MM and some of it sprayed on my hair-- that was the best thing ever! I was having a bad hair day (frizz central!!) and it tamed my waves!! I love a multi-tasking product! Can't wait to try other Sircuit products!

Thanks to everyone for their feedback.  I just purchased the 7 essentials sample kit product online and hope to get good results.

I love this product, just by reading about it! I think I should get it!

I have to agree with Erin and say that their customer service is not the best. Not only did I speak with someone through e-mail about wanting to order just one sample right now and if they could do something about the $9.50 shipping but I also called and that was even worse. It was suggested that I just purchase more to reach the $50 free shipping mark. I may have eventually ordered the full line but wanted to start with a single sample to see how my skin did with it. For me the number one thing I look for is customer service that is willing to look out for its customers, this one clearly is not so I'm passing.
