Spring into Spring

Macrobiotic chefs Karen and Laura are the best! This Spring, they’ll be hosting a series of cooking classes about everything from healthy soups to superhero desserts. I’m so excited, as they don’t do them very often. If you are in LA, and you want to be a superhero, this is the place to be!

Oh this is wonderful!  I'm from Studio City and my parents still live there.  This will be perfect for either their anniversary or my Dad's 60th birthday!  They'll love this!

I'm sooooo jealous! I really wish we had some vegetarian/vegan cooking courses offered in the Cleveland, OH area!!!

I so wish I lived there!!! :(

If you want similar classes, ask at grocery stores or gourmet markets if they will put together similar classes for your area.  Give them ideas of the types of recipes you are looking for.
