I just started the Kind Diet today and am very interested in eco friendly and natural items to go on my body as well as in my body.  Thank you, Tammy, for creating these products!!

I feel like I just don't know how to get started.  I know that I need to cuz I'm overweight and never feel well.  I have chronic sinus/ear issues as well as sciatica.  Any suggestions on how to just get started is greatly appreciated.  Peace to you all!

I just read Mad Cowboy and it for some reason was the book to finally hit me over the head about what is in many skin care products . . . Ugh, kinda sick just thinking about it. I am very interested in learning more about how to try these.

I have just gotten the kind diet book and am already addicted. My daughter has had problems with acne and this line of organic products might just be what she needs. We have tried everything from proactive to dermatoligist prescribed medicine. Help....

I am just starting down this road a change in life and eating.  I cook for my daughter 12 and my mom who is my caregiver.  This book has been a god send.  After my son was Killed in Action 5/31/08 I ate.  Now is a good time to change the way I see this world and how I eat.

Im a big fan of Esse, which is also organic, but very very expensive here.
