If raw is your thing, here's a fun culinary treat to check out...raw vegan chefs Sophie and Dani are teaching a series of cooking classes in LA, starting tomorrow, June 24 at 6:30pm. I don't get it. One of their cooking demonstrations has crab meat in it. Are they vegan or what?

The girl who runs our organic co-op here in Houston is giving a class at the Arboretum July 10th from 2-4 pm, if any kind lifers here in TX want to check it out.  http://www.houstonarboretum.org/eatitraw.asp

Oh, I so wished I lived in LA so I could take that class. I'm enrolled in summer classes right now. One is a math class and the other is an internship with the Peoria County Sherriffs Department (:

I live in Chicago, I'd really love to find some cooking classes in the city. It'd be great. It makes me so envious when I see these postings from Alicia that I don't live in those cities! :p

 

Mistah-- no clue where you got that we use crab meat?!!? All our recipes are COMPLETELY raw and vegan except for a little honey sometimes. Where did you see that? ;) so funny! -Sophie (1/2 of the Zuddhagirls)
