Hey there – at the request of MISH DEVINE, here are some photos from my last trip to Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary! You can see the rest of the photos here.

Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary is an amazing place, I highly recommend that any of you who live in the area go! It is located in Willow, NY. They have rescued hundreds of animals, and have given them a safe place to live.

They also have an e-newsletter. You can check out the most recent newsletter here.
Thanks for posting these great photos Alicia! Lovely & brilliant!
That's deffo a place worth visiting when i holiday over the pond. Look at the bull's eyes. Animals are so lovely.
OMG COWS ARE SO CUUUUUTE AND SO ARE CHICKENS!!! ah i want to roll around with them!!!! i can't believe anyone would eat them! look at those faces!
Thanks for the pictures, Alicia, you can tell those beautiful animals are loved and well cared for!
If anyone lives in the DC area we have a sanctuary out here too! It's called Poplar Spring Animal Sanctuary. I volunteer there on the weekends and absolutely love it! Victor, one of the turkeys has stolen my heart...I definitely suggest a day of volunteering, especially for new vegans, it will give you a sense of peace and reassurance as to why you eat the way you do...
I love these photos! They look so happy!!! On another note where did you get those boots? Or who makes them? Yes, I notice shoes in a photo.
I love the pictures! I know this is off topic, but where did you get those adorable boots? Thanks!
I just learned about the Woodstock Sanctuary this SUmmer and cannot wait to go as soon as the weather warms up a bit so I can volunteer for the day! Sounds awesome!
My relatively new-found connection with aninmals (thanks to my 2 rescued cats) and have turned vegetarian recently. I wrote a post about my decision to go vege - influences (including Alicia of course!) - titled FELINE MIGNON. Hope you stop by!
