One of my favorite salads always called for chicken but it is soooo good that I get so excited when I remember to make it. I use any fresh, organic greens. Then I chop up some avocado, apple, celery and pecans. Add your choice of beans (or not!) and enjoy. I don't use dressing usually but sometimes I will drizzle some oil on it.

1 avocado

1/2 apple

1 tbsp. of chopped pecans

1/2 cup(s) of beans

1/4 cup(s) of chopped celery
- Rinse greens, avocado, apple, and celery.
- Chop avocado and apple. Throw in a big bowl with greens.
- Peel and chop celery and toss in bowl. ,
- Toss in beans and pecans.
- Drizzle with favorite dressing or vinaigrette if desired.
