1 cup(s) of Earth Balance butter, softened

1 cup(s) of sugar

1 cup(s) of brown sugar

4 tbsp. of water

2 tbsp. of flaxseed meal

2 large eggs worth of Enger-G egg replacer

1 tsp. of vanilla

1 tsp. of salt

1 tsp. of baking soda

3 cup(s) of thick cut oats

4 tbsp. of brewer's yeast

1 cup(s) of chocolate chips

2 cup(s) of flour
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix flaxseed meal and water - set aside for 3-5 minutes
- Beat together the Earth Balance butter and the sugars
- Add the Enger-G, flaxseed mixture, and vanilla. Mix until well blended
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, brewer's yeast, baking soda, and salt. Stir to combine
- Add the Earth Balance/flaxseed/sugar mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well
- Add the oats. Mix
- Add the chocolate chips. Mix
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
