Kurly Kale salad
This is a nice light salad that is great if you are raw or not it is a hit in the Deli,

  • 1 bunch curly green kale
  • 1/2 cup(s) of grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup(s) of red onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) of fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. of grapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp. of Braggs Amino's
  • 1/4 tsp. of pepper
Steps
  1. Remove kale leaves from the stems and tear into small 1 inch pieces. Place kale leaves in a bowl. I save the stems for juicing.
  2. in separate bowl combine the lemon juice, grapeseed oil, braggs amino's and pepper. Make sure to mix well
  3. drizzle dressing over salad and toss until all kale is coated well
  4. Serve and Enjoy!!

sorry forgot to add step, please add carrots and onions before dressing;-)
